Our product

Lint & Loom offers a compact reusable pet-hair brush in White, Blue, Green or Pink. Each £14.99 purchase includes one brush in your selected colour and standard delivery to England, Scotland and Wales. Sets, additional tools and props shown in demonstrations are not included.

Dimensions and product information are based on supplier specifications. Results vary by fabric and hair type. Try a hidden area first, follow the supplied instructions and stop if the fabric snags or changes. This is a fabric-cleaning tool, not a pet-grooming tool.

Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The checkout displays your final total, including applicable taxes and standard GB delivery. We will not add optional extras without your agreement. Please review your colour, quantity and delivery details before submitting an order.

If we cannot supply an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken. We will not substitute another colour or product without your agreement. Changes to prices or these terms do not change an order already accepted.

Delivery, cancellation and problems

Orders are dispatched from China. Our Shipping policy explains the delivery area, estimated processing and transit times, tracking and delays. Our Return and refund policy explains cancellation rights, refunds without physical return for this brush and remedies for faulty or missing goods.

We remain responsible for your order and customer service. Supplier reimbursement rules do not reduce your rights or make a customer refund conditional on a supplier dispute.

Using the website

Please provide accurate order and contact details and use this website lawfully. Do not misuse the website or copy its content commercially without permission. We take reasonable care to describe our product accurately; this does not exclude our responsibility for goods that are faulty or not as described.

Your rights and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. You retain the mandatory consumer protections and court rights available where you live in Great Britain.
