Delivery area and price

One compact reusable pet-hair brush in your chosen colour costs £14.99, including standard delivery to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, British Forces addresses or destinations outside Great Britain.

Processing and delivery

Your brush is dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China. Processing is estimated at 3–5 days, followed by 4–11 days in transit. Please allow approximately 7–16 days overall from ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; weekends, holidays, customs or carrier disruption can affect arrival.

We will contact you if we learn of a significant delay. If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated window, email contact@lintandloom.com so we can investigate and explain your options. This does not limit your legal rights if delivery is late or fails.

Delivery charges

Standard GB delivery is included in the checkout total. You should not be asked to pay additional delivery or import charges on arrival. If a carrier requests an extra payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking is emailed after dispatch. A tracking number alone does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs changing; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Missing or damaged parcels

Email contact@lintandloom.com with your order number if a parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received. We remain responsible until the goods are received by you or a person you nominate, subject to your statutory rights. We handle the issue with our fulfilment partner; you do not need to contact the supplier yourself.
